However, among all the next generation capability we are working so hard to deliver, it is the Mindset Shift that will deliver the highest impact to these efforts. Industry Practitioners,Business owners, CXO's have to inspire and work closely with Talent, There is abundance of talent but there is dearth of direction. It is the inspirational industry leaders who HAVE to find time to dedicate to talent 'direction', hold their hand and let them know what is expected of them- take them towards 'Learnability' and 'Employability' ! And it is an SOS situation. Both Industry and Talent are crying out to be united together in this 'new' manner. Sporadic, half-hearted attempts will not solve this! Consistency, programmatic approach is the need of the day!
The Mindset Shift also has to find its way into organizations where Talent success will be defined by their inclusivity, empowerment.
Nature has an uncanny way of rationalizing and it will do so irrespective - so it is in our own interest to not create unnatural barriers to 'Growth Mindset' because Nature will prevail!
