OUR STORY

Our Story

Our story began around the time demands on new generation skills started showing up, about five to six years ago. Market disruption had just started and the Ubers and Amazons were picking up. A new generation of companies which were innovative in their offering and were quickly scalable.. did not carry baggage of a mammoth organization and were culturally agile, transparent and customer focused.

Clearly, the talent that was driving this was exceptional. And we started realizing that if others had to follow suit, they had to first reinvent their business models and then get the right talent to deliver it.

​

In our quest to find the right talent, we quickly realized that there was a clear gap in relevant talent supply chain. The old JD’s would not work. Companies did not have the luxury anymore of prolonged training and holding such cost. Their expectation was that Educational Institutions should prepare the students for Industry readiness and that the laterals should self- train themselves for continues employability. But this was easier said than done. Educational institutions had to cope up with the fast-changing expectations of the industry.

Clearly, Industry had to participate and the process was slow and the gap widening with every quarter.

​

Some of us decided to take the plunge and give back to the education system that needed our Industry skills and years of experience to deliver a combination of Domain, Technology and Growth Mindset. That was the new digital world. As we spoke to Industry Practitioners from all walks of life, momentum started gathering, Academia showed immense interest, HR communities joined hands to fill the gap of what we call ‘Talent’. They are everywhere but waiting to hold on to a hand that can guide them and help them cross the bridges in their early years of shaping their careers. We want them to succeed. Success that will make them and us proud.

Founder's Message

Our mission at Gennextpro is to fulfill the current gap of Industry readiness in campus through application based learning including Nextgen skills which include Domain (Insurance, Retail, Hi-tech, Supply chain), Technology (AI, ML, IoT, Automation, RPA, Block chain) and Growth mindset. Soft skills are also a key features of this on campus 8-12 week program.

 

Our flagship program AWSMPLUS (read awesome plus) is Powered by Industry practitioners and benefits PG Management and Engineering graduates who can gain big-time in industry readiness and be prepared to design-think their careers in the face of uncertainties. 

 

To prove necessary global exposure to talent, we also partner with Industry to do POC’s/Pilots for free. This is done by students themselves under the able guidance of Industry Practitioners. Industry gets ready to go, sustainable talent thus reducing their on-boarding costs and search for next-gen talent solutions. Our unique assessment criteria gives candidates areas for intervention for growth. Value proposition is High potential talent solutions for In-sourcing, Diversity and Digital talent. So TIBYBI (Try It Before You Buy It) .
